Waiting in the rain for trains that never come Don’t put your trust in revolutions They always come around again That’s why we call them revolutions The masses move on and nothing ever changes We live in absolutes We deal in lead, friends Bullies and brutes Enemies ‘til the end I can’t stand the quiet Don’t wanna be left alone with my own thoughts Prefer a roar to silence to drown out the constant ringing in my ears And all these years I thought we could make a difference, you and I Well, at least we tried! Time marches on but we left the streets Those battered grounds Concede defeat

I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward
